• Turtle fishing changes (increased when more cops awake)
• Only faction members or civs with keycards can use the doors at any of the courthouse buildings (except the main entrance)

• UI scaling for skill checks (hitting within the bounds should now properly track regardless of screen resolution/ui scale. Please submit bug with video if it you have issues)
